Properly constructed steel framed walls act as a one-hour fire rated wall if sheathed with 5/8" drywall. Our Galvanized steel framing offers protection from fires that are generated exteriorly and interiorly. The nature of steel does not allow spreading of fire. The major benefits: Offers sufficient time for evacuating family & loved ones and gives more time for fire fighters to save the remaining structure & its contents. Your main structures steel framing does not burn.

Our steel frame home material packages are much stronger than wood & much sturdier in any type of disasters such as Hurricanes, Tornados, Earthquakes, and Heavy Snows. Your steel framing is not only stronger but can help save you more money by reducing repair costs over the life of the home. 10. Larger Clear Spans?
Because of engineering design with steel components, our steel frame home material packages have greater flexibility. This allows us to design up to 30' "Clear Spans". You can create wide spacious rooms without support columns in between or in the middle of a room; most of the time for less cost. Wood framed homes can not easily offer this type of flexibility due to the cost of laminate beams.

Most of our steel frame home material packages (pre-fabricated walls & trusses) are designed to allow constructing your home in less time and usually at less expense. Steel does not wrap, buckle, split, or burn. The result is clear; you will get perfect aligned ceilings & walls with fewer separations of exterior materials over the life of your home.
12. Assembly?
With the help of engineering design in steel, we provide your steel frame home material package with steel tech screws for easier assembly. If a homeowner is familure with using a magnetic bullet level, an electric screw gun, a ladder, and follows the step by step assembly instructions, you can assemble your new steel frame home material package; in most states under an Owner / Builder Building Permit.

You can offer your family even more safety and security by designing and constructing a Steel Frame Storm Shelter or Storm Safe Room within your new or existing home. These storm shelters meet or exceed FEMA's "Near Absolute Protection" requirement with minimum wind loads of: 250 mph and live loads of: 200 pounds per square foot.
