The quote for your steel frame material package will be calculated off of your Engineered Sealed Drawings.

It is recommended that you contact a local Engineer / Architect to draw the foundation details for your specific building to conform to your State, County, and City Building Codes. This Engineer / Architect will draw the foundation details, your electrical, plumbing, plot plan details, will add our Engineered structural & erection drawing detail sheets, will re-seal the entire packet, and will then become the local Engineer / Architect of Record for your project.
